How do I send my photos to RYM?

There are many choices of how you would like to send your images. The fastest way of delivering images to RYM is to use Google Disk, Dropbox or other types of file sharing.

What types of files do you accept?

We accept most of the RAW formats (NEF, CR2, DNG), and most of the digital formats: JPG, TIFF, PSD. For best results, we prefer RAW formats. But if you give us JPGs we will do our best with what we have, but you are starting from a place of image loss and lower quality. TIFFs are a happy medium.

What kind of file do I receive?

We send completed images in JPEG, RGB color model. You will have to indicate if you require TIFF format and we will be able to send it to you free of charge.

How can I pay for your services?

We accept PayPal, Payoneer, Webmoney and others. If you have any problems with paying please contact us at info@rym-online.com and we will find an alternative way of payment for your order.

What is the approval process?

After the images have been retouched, you will be sent a JPG for approval. You are allowed a single round of changes, based on the original request, free of charge, to ensure that it meets your need. Additional rounds of changes will be handled on a case by case basis.

Can you remove/change the background of my photo?

Yes we do. Our team of digital artists have a lot of experience with retouching product photography and we can insert various kinds of backgrounds, gradients etc which suit your product.

What about fashion/beauty photography with high-end retouching? Do you do it?

Yes we do. We provide high end industry standard retouching services to discerning clients all over the world. Our clients are famous glossy magazines, photographers, designers, online-shops and companies which are in need of retouch services.

What are the general deadlines?

There are different turnaround times depending upon the kind of work and clients needs. On our part we try to maintain the quickest turnaround time as possible. Our project managers are always in contact with the client right from the sample stage to developing a process for the work.

What about the safety of my pictures?

We have a very strict privacy policy when it comes to the safety of clients images. No third party would be able to access your images, if we need any of your images to showcase online, we will ask for your permission.

Is a reference picture necessary to be sent along with the project ?

As we know retouching can be a very subjective process, a reference picture is very useful for us because then we can replicate it and produce the results that clients want. We understand that each of our clients are also artists and each has their own unique style, preferences, and requirements. However, our teams here are experienced and we try our best to take care of any kind of your photos.
